Medical Aesthetician

Rapidly growing medical aesthetic practice is seeking a Medical Aesthetician for a PT/FT position. This is a great opportunity for a positive, motivated, self-starter with a high level of patient care and a passion for the Aesthetic Industry.

Responsibilities will include knowledge of all services, clinical care, providing treatments, conducting consultations, administrative front desk duties as well as building social media content.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**

The chosen Aesthetician will be responsible for all aspects of patient care in our Aesthetic departments. The position will include conducting patient consultations and assessments, creating patient treatment plans, performing Skin Treatments (Facials, Chemical Peels, Microderm, etc.), Laser Services (Heat and Light-Based laser, RF, Non-Invasive Body Contouring.) as well as social media content for marketing and promoting services and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Esthetics license
- Experience in a medical spa environment preferred
- Medical office and retail experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, reliable, trustworthy, honest and flexible
- Strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task and very organized
- Position requires a professional demeanor and appearance at all times
- High level of patient care and customer service
- Exhibit a professional attitude, diplomacy and an ability to handle difficult situations
- A keen motivation for ongoing education and professional development

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Professionally communicate and deliver treatment plan with patients, effectively setting realistic, clear expectations
- Communicate and provide post procedure follow-ups. Establish a safe and positive environment for patients with compassionate and clear communication of what to expect before, during and after their treatment
- Develop and deliver credible value-added services to the client
- Identify and ensure client needs are met in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain detailed documentation of all treatments provided, take before and after treatment images for patient records
- Help maintain the clinic’s high standard of cleanliness and sanitization
- Prepare and clean rooms between patients
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
- Demonstrate a dedication and tangible effort towards increasing efficiency and productivity

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
