Associate Dentist

**Job Summary**

We are a busy general practitioner clinic and are looking for a part time orthodontist or general dentist who is focusing on orthodontic treatment to join our clinic to provide outstanding orthodontic care to our patients.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide general dental services including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic procedures
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic dental software
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile working environment

**Skills**

To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:

- Experience or interest in providing dental care to patients
- Familiarity with dental software systems Dentrix
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the dental team

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $180.00-$220.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
