Bellman

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The function of a Bellman is to work closely with the Front Office Staff, Management and other hotel departments in providing exceptional and professional guest experience. The Bellman is often the first and last person a guest sees while staying at the hotel. The care and attention that goes with this position is crucial to the success of a hotel and critical to the guests viewpoint about the property’s commitment to an exceptional level of service.

The Primarily responsible is to Greet and welcome all gueststo the hoteland to help guests with their luggage on arrival. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitalityare demonstrated at all times, and that all guest requests are dealt with in a prompt and courteous manner.

Qualifications:
Roles / Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and provide information (where to check-in, parking procedures, restaurants, etc).
- Assist with check-ins/check-outs, answering phones and audit checklists, whenever necessary.
- Prepare and deliver all rates and favors.
- Help with any guest requests, such as:

- Delivery requests for toiletries, glassware, dishware, etc.
- Vehicle valet service.
- Luggage help
- Minor maintenance and or technical issues (TV’s, TV remotes, clogged sinks/toilets, wifi/internet help)
- Complete rounds of the hotel and grounds throughout your shift, in conjunction with security, as well as floor checks - remove any room service trays and keep hotel areas tidy.
- Ensure the room service area is cleaned/tidies & stocked.
- Prepare the early morning coffee station in the lobby.
- Keep the lobby tidy and organized.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.65-$18.00 per hour
