Allied Universal is seeking** a Professional Site Supervisor in Winnipeg, Manitoba**

**Title: Site Supervisor**

**Location: Winnipeg, MB**

**Hourly Payrate: $19. 50 - $24. 00 per hour**

**Schedule: Monday to Friday 0730 to 1530**

**Overview**:
Join Allied Universal as a dedicated and seasoned Security Site Supervisor, where you will be instrumental in safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel. In this pivotal role, you'll lead a team of security officers, enforce security protocols, and uphold an unwavering commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

**Requirement**:

- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in security.
- Must be residing in Canada for atleast past 2 years for site specific clearance purposes.
- Ability to operate technology and wireless communication systems at client-specific sites.
- Must have a valid Manitoba Security License.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours a week.
- First Aid and CPR.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience
- Physically capable of standing or walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 20 kilograms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of security personnel, ensuring effective patrolling and site security.
- Communicate with stakeholders, including site management and security personnel, in a professional manner.
- Address and manage security incidents and emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Coordinating with other team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and consistent security coverage.
- Perform regular patrols and site checks to maintain security standards.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients, visitors, and employees through exemplary customer service and effective communication.
