**In this position**: You will be responsible for ensuring properties are maintained and operated in accordance with company objectives and facilitate solutions to problems between communities and internal support staff, guided by precedent and working within the limits of established policies.

Key to this position is your ability to be proactive, take initiative, handle conflict, manage projects, and all activities/duties related to this position while allowing you **to create your own timetable giving you job flexibility.**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **GENERAL LICENCE ESSENTIAL**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in condominium/residential management
- Emergency on-call after hours service.
- Flexibility for Board Meetings (Maximum of two per week)

- Ability to mentor and support Property Managers and staff.

**A General Licence and experience in Property Management is non negotiable for this position**.

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
