Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.

**Duties**:

- Safely operate delivery vehicles, including trucks and trailers, to transport goods to designated locations
- Load and unload merchandise from the vehicle using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.
- Plan routes and follow delivery schedules to ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering goods in a professional and courteous manner
- Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
- Perform routine inspections of the vehicle and report any maintenance or repair needs

**Requirements**:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role
- Ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order delivery
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading merchandise
- Familiarity with local roads and routes is a plus
