**JOB SUMMARY**:
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for daily outbound calls to lapsed customers who have not placed orders with Quill in 4+ months
- Sell and qualify customers into membership programs when appropriate
- Route leads and opportunities to fellow sales team members based on sales qualifiers
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM at all times, including activity logs and pipeline.
- Make a highly positive impact on culture and team - work well others, share learnings, build trust and lead by example.
- Work closely with sales specialists and support partners to drive revenue beyond traditional office supplies.

**Qualifications**:
**BASIC REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1+ years’ experience in a sales environment
