The Roncesvalles Psychology Clinic (RPC) is a full-service private practice psychology clinic, offering therapy and assessment to patients at every life stage. Our Clinic is located in a pleasant setting in a beautifully renovated Victorian home in the heart of Roncesvalles Village - with proximity to the lake, public transit, and the many amenities of a vibrant neighbourhood.

The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed and you will be part of our growing onsite support team.

Your Role:
Your role as a health care office assistant at RPC will include:

- Facilitating patient invoicing and billing
- Filing system maintenance & long-term filing solutions
- Reception duties
- Supporting Clinic doctors
- Patient communications
- Maintaining and managing patient waitlist
- Personal assistance to Clinic Director
- Light house-keeping
- Possibility to complete patient intakes
- Managing team meeting catering
- Has work experience and/or education in health care office assistance
- Has a calm and pleasant personality
- Is a good team player and works well independently
- Has good communication skills and is able to work within a team setting
- Has strong organization and multitasking skills

Full-Time Position (minimum commitment of 1-year):

- Position also open for students in training needing an internship/co-op/practicum/externship placement or salaried position
- Student position could lead to paid full-time position
- $22.00/hr.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
