**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking for an Information Technology Manager to join our team Reporting to the Director of IT, this position will play a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day company system and information technology needs.

**KEY RESPONSABILITIES**
- Oversee day to day management of information technology department
- IT help desk support for general computer, internet, phone, or system support issues across multiple companies and ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Order and set up hardware (computers, laptops, phones, etc.) and user licenses for new hires across multiple companies
- Supporting SAP software implementation with software training, user licenses and access administration, and updating master data
- Administering authorization packages in google, Microsoft, SAP, PowerBi, etc.
- Assist with query and report generation through SAP, crystal, and PowerBi
- Coordinating and communicating with vendors and third-party IT Support vendors
- Network administration and maintenance such as firewalls, switches, and other devices
- Other duties as may be assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- 2+ years previous IT help desk or network administration experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Preferably, experience with SAP software

**HOURS OF WORK**

The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
