**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the R&D Lab Manager, responsibilities will include:

- Complete lab tests to determine product efficacy, compatibility, stability, etc.
- Assist in new product development, performance testing and characterization of surfactants, acid replacement technologies & specialty products
- Development of new cleaning procedures for use in live and video demonstrations
- Development of new formulations and testing of existing ones in support of customer needs
- Documentation & presentation of R&D activities
- Provide technical support to the sales team, regulatory & other internal departments
- Occasionally participate in calls with sales representatives and customers for product explanations, troubleshooting, etc.
- Manage lab supplies, support and assist in completing & shipping chemical samples to customers samples

**Required Experience**

Minimum 1-3 years hands-on chemical lab experience

**Education**

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry

**Growth Opportunities**

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
