A secretary is required for the summer school session from July 2, 2024 to July 26, 2024. Duties will include:
- Registration
- Establish and maintain a database
- Receive monies
- Order supplies
- General typing and reception duties
- Preparation of report cards
- Advise students of results
- Maintain procedure manuals
- The Secretary may be required to begin work prior to July 2, 2024 and may be extended after July 26, 2024. Specific

dates to be discussed.
- **REQUIRED AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: -**
diploma/certificate in secretarial or office administration
must be able to type/keyboard a minimum of 45 wpm
strong clerical skills and knowledge of office procedures and systems
possess a high degree of initiative, organizational skills, and time management ability

working knowledge of Student Information Systems is an asset
ability to meet multiple demands in busy office environment with many interruptions
should have good public relations and communication skills
ability to work as an effective team member and independently
excellent written and verbal skills
must have experience with the high school credit system and course codes
