**Production Supervisor**

**This position is multifaceted**, from motivating a team and delegating tasks, to troubleshooting issues with packaging lines, to implementing record keeping and SOPs, to the hands on operating the machine, we are looking for a person who can achieve goals for the day set out by our production manager. For the right personality this is a position with a lot of independence and autonomy.

**Requirements and Responsibilities**
- Full time
- Some flexibility in scheduling
- Experience with food manufacturing equipment
- Ideally experience with beverage canning lines. small/ medium breweries, 5,000-10,000 litres daily
- Ideally experience with a **Cask Canning line**:

- Can trouble shoot equipment operations
- Can perform changeover on equipment
- can multitask and lead the daily operation, you are the "on the floor" individual coordinating a small team of production staff to run optimally and efficiently
- You are hands on, you will be a machine operator when people are on break, off on holidays, or if we need to run a hour longer than the regular production staff run. You both run the line, and help get the most of the staff who run the line.
- Understanding of food safety, HACCP principles and, and process efficiency, record keeping and data entry into our ERP software.
- You are a high energy individual, able to problem solve and critically think, and are up for any challenge. If you enjoy this environment you will have a blast working here

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
