Service Advisor

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Schedule service appointments and manage the service schedule
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Prepare accurate repair estimates for customers
- Explain repair recommendations to customers and obtain their approval
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Maintain customer records and update service history

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Cash handling experience is required

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time

Hours:
Monday-Fridays 8-5, Saturdays 8-1.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week

**Salary**: $17.50-$22.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gilford, ON L0L 1R0: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

Work Location: In person
