**Job Title**:Master of Social Work Counsellor (MSW) who works with families AND/OR couples.
A Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who works with families/couples would also be considered. The successful individual must be a registered counselling professional in good standing with their association.

**Location**:Virtual throughout the Kootenays and British Columbia (preferably Kootenay-based, with an in-person space available)

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Master of Social Work Counsellor (MSW) to join our team at Kootenay Women's Counselling and Wellness. While a successful MSW would be preferred, a
Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), or Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) who can do family or couples counselling would also be considered. As a business focused on Women’s Mental Health, we understand the importance of supporting women by also supporting their families and partnerships. This is why we are particularly interested in hiring a family counsellor to join our team.

This position is well-suited for a counsellor who is already in private practice but looking to supplement their income. As a contractor with our practice, you will have access to team meetings and consultation support, and all marketing and financial tasks will be taken care of by the company. Intakes and bookings will be taken care of by the company, and clients can also self-refer and book through our online system.
The platform for virtual meetings, paperwork, and billing will also be provided. Payment for contractors will be based on a clinic percentage split
- with contractor sessional fees set as recommended by the BC
Association of Clinical Counsellors.
