Automotive Service Advisor

Budget Exhaust & Automotive Inc. is seeking a service advisor for our growing business in Waterdown, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**
- Scheduling service appointments
- Creating work orders when customers bring in their vehicles and describing clearly and accurately the specific problems and needs of our customers
- Communicating effectively with technicians to obtain information on needed repairs, and explaining required automotive maintenance/repairs to the customers. Outlining cost estimates, and answering any customer inquiries.
- Order correct parts for vehicle repairs
- Keeping client's informed of the repair progress and communicating the need for extra work when needed.
- Creating invoices and receiving payments from customers

**Qualifications**
- Basic mechanical and automotive product knowledge.
- Effective listening, communication, and client service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with a growing business.
- QuickBooks knowledge is an asset
- Mechanical Background is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
