**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Installer et réparer les pièces mécaniques de l'équipement de production ;
- Être capable de diagnostiquer les pannes (troubleshooting) sur les équipements de production et de proposer des solutions appropriées ;
- Effectuer l'entretien préventif des machines de production ;
- Effectuer des réparations de base en électricité, en plomberie et dans d'autres bâtiments (ex : serrures cassées, combler des trous dans les murs, peinture, menuiserie, etc ;)
- Contribuer au succès global de l'entretien des bâtiments en effectuant d'autres tâches et missions essentielles qui lui sont confiées.

**COMPÉTENCES ET EXIGENCES**
- Capacité à analyser les problèmes, à poser des diagnostics, à déterminer les causes et à recommander des méthodes correctives efficaces pour éviter qu'ils ne se reproduisent ;
- Connaissance des systèmes hydrauliques, pneumatiques et électriques ;
- Sens des responsabilités, fiabilité et ingéniosité ;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément, à fixer des priorités et à respecter les délais ;
- Énergique et structuré, il est capable de travailler dans un environnement en constante évolution ;
- Doit avoir une bonne coordination œil-main et une bonne capacité de préhension ;
- L'utilisation correcte d'outils manuels et électriques, le diagnostic et le dépannage des dysfonctionnements de l'équipement et des systèmes sont nécessaires ;
- Connaissance de la suite Microsoft (Outlook, Excel et Word) ;
- Capacité à répondre aux exigences physiques du poste : travailler en position debout, marcher toute la journée, être capable de soulever jusqu'à 50 livres, effectuer des activités physiques, exécuter des tâches avec des postures telles que : se pencher, se baisser, s'accroupir, soulever, pousser et tirer.

**FORMATION ET EXPÉRIENCE**
- DEP en électromécanique ou diplôme équivalent ;
- 1 à 3 ans dans un environnement de fabrication/production ;
- Expérience avec des machines de fabrication ;
- Expérience de l'utilisation d'un logiciel d'entretien préventif ;

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Install and repair mechanical parts of production equipment;
- Be able to diagnose breakdowns (troubleshooting) on production equipment and propose appropriate solutions;
- Carry out preventive maintenance of production machines;
- Conduct some basic electrical, plumbing and other building repairs (ex: broken locks, filling gaps on walls, painting, carpentry, etc);
- Contributes to the overall success of Building Maintenance by performing other essential duties and tasks as assigned.
