**Description**:

- Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
- Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
- Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
- Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
- Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
- May require an associate's degree or its equivalent.
- Requires at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Expert with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a project leader or manager.
- Looking for an IMAC technician with minimum 1-year experienced preferred.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a junior technician looking for some outstanding IMAC experience.
- The team are responsible for refreshing Dell, Lenovo, & Panasonic assets within the MB Hydro environment.
- The IMAC team are responsible for imaging and deploying all new laptops, PC’s, monitors, plus accessories throughout the Hydro environment.
- The IMAC techs are responsible for refreshing user assets and ensuring that the end-user is completely satisfied upon completion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- IMAC: 4 years (preferred)
- IT support: 4 years (preferred)
- Computer hardware: 4 years (preferred)
- Computer repair: 4 years (preferred)
- Computer networking: 4 years (preferred)
- Network installation: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CompTIA A+ (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
