**Major responsibilities include**:

- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance in HVAC, electrical, electronics, and plumbing systems.
- Assist in obtaining quotes and arranging services from external vendors.
- Obtain estimates for supplies and repair parts and order them as needed.
- Maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
- Work on projects identified by Managers and Leads requiring the services of skilled craftsperson(s).
- Inspect and ensure the safe operation of equipment, making adjustments, calibrations, replacements, rebuilds, and repairs as necessary.
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and related tasks for HVAC, electrical, electronics, and plumbing equipment in school division facilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment.
- Keep hand and power tools in working condition.
- Perform various maintenance and repair tasks on building systems.
- Monitor maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Perform other assigned job-related duties.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Certification in HVAC or plumbing is required.
- Experience in commercial or school facility maintenance is preferred.

Pay: $45,848.00-$88,401.00 per year
