Baker

**Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
4 am start, finish time varies depending on work load.

- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery items, including bread, pastries, and desserts from scratch
- Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity of baked goods
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to ensure proper cooking
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate baking and production schedules

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a baker in a catering or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
