**We are looking for an experienced EAP Instructor to join our team**

The main responsibilities of the EAP (English for Academic Purposes) Instructor will be to motivate the students, by creating a warm and engaging learning environment in the classroom

The position will currently be set at 20 hours per week.

Qualifications:

- Minimum undergraduate degree plus TESOL/TESL or CELTA credentials.
- At least 2 years’ experience teaching culturally diverse adult learners are preferred.
- Excellent communications skills (written, verbal).
- Proficient organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and in a multi-cultural collaborative team setting.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Burnaby, BC V5H 0A3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- teaching: 1 year (preferred)
