Hamilton, Canada Chantilly Forever FC - Academy Full time

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for passionate, reliable, and knowledgeable individuals to join our coaching staff. As an Assistant Coach, you will support the Head Coach in planning and executing engaging practices, promoting player growth, and ensuring a positive team environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate soccer training sessions.
- Support players’ technical, tactical, and physical development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that aligns with Chantilly Forever FC’s values.
- Provide game-day assistance, including substitutions and in-game strategy.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of players during practices and games.

**Qualifications**:

- Soccer experience as a player or coach
- Coach Qualifications (Learn to Train, Respect in Soccer, Make Ethical Decicions)
- Knowledge of the game and passion for working with young athletes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to commit to the season schedule, including practices, games, and tournaments.
- A valid Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain one).

- Weeknight practices and weekend games (specific schedule TBA).

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
