Gestion MD limitée, une division de Gestion de patrimoine Scotia, est à la recherche d’une personne talentueuse, enthousiaste et soucieuse de l’expérience client à titre de gestionnaire de portefeuille adjoint.

La ou le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la relation d’affaires pour les services de gestion de portefeuille discrétionnaire destinés aux clients de MD.

**Ce poste est-il pour vous? Dans le cadre de votre travail, vous devrez**:

- Favoriser, maintenir et renforcer les liens avec la clientèle par un contact régulier et approfondi.
- Assurer la conformité des portefeuilles aux politiques de placement des clients.
- Faire du réseautage dans l’entreprise pour entretenir les relations et s’assurer que la proposition de valeur de Conseils en placement privés est bien comprise et qu’on en fait la promotion.
- Se tenir au fait de toutes les questions financières susceptibles d’avoir une incidence sur les activités de placement des clients.
- Collaborer avec d’autres spécialistes, notamment des conseillers en assurance, des conseillers en successions et fiducies, des conseillers en solutions cliniques afin d’offrir aux clients un programme complet en matière de planification financière, de pratiques professionnelles et d’assurance vie.
- Tenir compte de la culture du risque et de l’appétence au risque de la Banque Scotia dans le cadre de ses activités et décisions quotidiennes.
- Travailler activement, avec efficacité et efficience dans son domaine conformément aux valeurs de la Banque Scotia, à son code d’éthique et à ses principes directeurs en matière de vente, tout en s’assurant de la convenance, du respect et de l’efficacité des contrôles d’activités quotidiennes afin que l’entreprise respecte ses obligations en matière de risque opérationnel et de risque lié à la conformité, à la lutte contre le blanchiment d’argent et le financement d’activités terroristes, et à la conduite.
- Promouvoir un environnement de travail productif et inclusif.
- Assumer la responsabilité du développement des affaires, du réseautage, de la création de réseaux de distribution, de la planification commerciale et de la conclusion de nouvelles affaires.
- Faire preuve de flexibilité en ce qui a trait aux déplacements.

**Profil recherché**:

- Premier niveau réussi du programme de CFA ou titre de gestionnaire de placements agréé (CIM), dont 24 mois d’expérience pertinente en gestion de placements dans le cadre d’activités assujetties à une autorité de réglementation.
- Au moins trois ans d’expérience pertinente en vue de l’agrément à titre de représentant-conseil adjoint.
- Diplôme d’études collégiales ou universitaires.
