Reporting to the Manager, Technical Specialists, the Specialist - Technical processing is responsible for providing quality review, training, onboarding and Subject Matter Expertise and support to the Ontario and Atlantic Regional Processing Centres.

**What can you expect in this role?**
- Lead and/or participate in file reviews for quality assurance purposes.
- Provide training and mentoring to the commercial processing departments, using available resources and assist with the development of new training materials.
- Assist the leadership team as required, providing appropriate documentation/reports to help identify and quantify potential trends, both positive and adverse.
- Review quality review findings and help identify trends, training gaps and best practices. Coordinate with leadership, the actions required to ensure outcome of actions taken improve the underwriting/processing quality and profitability.
- Focus on creation of SOP documents for RPC, while coordinating with other Regions and Stakeholders.
- Foster a positive working relationship with Head Office, Mid-Market Underwriting, other regional offices, and departments.
- Champion the development and implementation of business change.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What do you bring to the role?**
- University degree in any discipline or a 2-year diploma from a publicly recognized and funded college or a completed CIP designation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Processing role
- Excellent ability to multi-task and monitor progress to meet deadlines
- Prior experience in developing and providing training
- Strong analytical skills: able to quickly interpret data, information, reports and come to a decision quickly
- Strong customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Ability to influence and effectively negotiate with stakeholders

Salary Range is: $66,300 - $122,100
