Physiotherapy Admin Assistant

Qualifications:

- Knowledge in billing software for processing client payment - MVA, EHC, WSIB claims considered a **strong asset**:

- Experience in a customer/client-facing role, engaging with customers or clients over the phone and in-person, preferably in a healthcare setting though not required
- Strong computer literacy, and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; ability to rapport quickly.
- Ability to work cooperatively within the team to resolve problems.

Main duties include:

- Booking appointments and answering phone calls and inquiries
- Payment processing - Accounts payable and receivable
- General administrative support
- Assists Physiotherapists with Client Care (i.e. Modalities, Exercises ) as needed
- Detail oriented

Monday to Friday shift schedule. 25+ hours/week

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
