Operations Support Supervisor

The Operations Support Supervisor role is a fast paced, timeline driven position within our operations department. This position is responsible to oversee and ensure accurate & detailed route completions, operational reporting and provide accurate billing for our accounts within defined timelines, as well as overseeing the dispatch department. If you enjoy a challenge, this is the role for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage route completions, and billing, meeting all deadlines.
- Analyzing reports to find conflicts in service or billing and resolve.
- Oversee and manage dispatch department ensuring timely customer collection.
- Supervise, manage, train, and motivate staff.
- Provide Dispatch coverage, including preparation of route sheets.
- Manage route changes and route sequencing requests.
- Enter routing of new accounts and sequencing of new routes.
- Other duties as assigned

To be Successful:

- Minimum 5 years previous supervisory experience that includes strong leadership with the ability to motivate others, resolve disputes and provide constructive feedback.
- Previous experience with route completions and dispatch.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Communicate professionally with drivers.
- Experience with Trux an asset.
- Industry experience considered a strong asset.
