**Position**:Receptionist (Permanent Part-Time)

**Location**: Kipp Scott GMC Buick

**Hours**:

- Monday: Off
- Tuesday - Friday: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Total Hours: 24/week

As a receptionist at Kipp Scott GMC Buick, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Managing appointment schedules and assisting with administrative tasks
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional appearance and demeanor
