Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young learners and fostering their growth and development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with educational standards
- Provide a nurturing and safe environment for children to learn and thrive
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

**Skills**:

- Experience in classroom management and early childhood education
- Passion for educating and caring for children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Patience, creativity, and a nurturing demeanor when working with young learners

Pay: $26.75 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
