**Description**:
This is a temporary contractor position in a hybrid environment requiring the contractor to be on site at least 2 days per week at the downtown Toronto office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the design, testing and implementation of both Identity & Privileged Access Management systems -- SailPoint IIQ, CyberArk, Aveksa
- SailPoint Development/Administration -
- Develop custom code, reports, and scripts
- Perform administrative and maintenance tasks for SailPoint and Oracle database. Establish and perform SailPoint Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan.
- CyberArk Development/Administration
- creating new plug-ins and connectors for CyberArk solutions
- Document technical processes and procedures including the regular revision of support documents
- Support Client’s CyberArk infrastructure
- Quality Assurance/Testing
- Play a lead role in planning and execution of all aspects of Quality and Testing
- Establish and evolve formal QA processes, practices and capabilities, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices
- Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met
- Implement testing policies, procedures and standards across IAM project
- Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
- Define project-wide QA objectives and processes in collaboration with the project management and other leads, track test milestones to ensure that objectives are reached
- Partner with project teams to stay informed of new requirements being introduced and to ensure that test cases and scripts are designed for testability
- Collaborate with a variety of internal and external users to acquire and exchange information on QA issues, processes, and best practices
- Analyze the IAM project requirements to determine what to test, the priority of those tests, the best way to test, and ensure the requirements matrix for the IAM project are captured and mapped to the test cases
- Develop of automation and analytical methods and processes to enhance and ensure the reliability and quality of deliverables
- Develop and execute test plans and cases (manual and automated), create test scripts, analyze results, document defects and issues, identify root cause, track remediation actions, and sign off on deliverables from testing perspective
- Prioritize and triage defects and issues correctly, manage execution of QA activities, track them from discovery to resolution, and recommend corrective action where required
- Respond to all test related requests from project team members in a timely professional manner
- Participate in project team meetings to provide status

**Qualifications**:
3+ Years SailPoint Administration/Development compromising of:

- Perform SailPoint installation, configuration, patching and deployment. Perform integration of SailPoint with source and end point systems.
- Manage SailPoint Application and associated Oracle database, ensuring healthy operations while maintaining high availability (24/7), high integrity, and security.
- Develop custom code, reports, and scripts in SailPoint. Modify code (Bean Shell/Java/Extensible Markup Language (XML)) using an Integrated Development Environment (IDE).
- Perform administrative and maintenance tasks for SailPoint and Oracle database. Establish and perform SailPoint Disaster Recovery (DR) Plan.
- Manage Standard Service Builds (SSB) and code deployments and version control. Deploy to environments using Eclipse IDE plugin. Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Manage access to SailPoint, workgroups, and workgroup capabilities.
- Modify existing roles with new apps and entitlements. Update Segregation of Duties (SOD) rules.
- Establish, maintain and report operational metrics (SLAs) regarding the health and effectiveness of IAM technologies. Management and oversight of IAM related activities to meet IAM operational SLAs.

**3+ Years CyberArk Administration/Development comprising of**:

- CyberArk Privileged Access Security Administration Components
- Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM
- Knowledge of the principles of CyberArk CPM and PSM plugins development
- Scripting and development experience (PowerShell, C#/C++)
- Knowledge or experience with Active Directory, LDAP, DB, network devices
- Java, Python, JSON development knowledge, AutoIT, CyberArk PACLI
- Scripting and development experience (RESTful APIs, Shell scripting)
- Web technical knowledge: HTML/CSS/JS, RESTful APIs
- Windows and Linux system administration

**Nice to have skills**:

- CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager
- Databases administration (e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Certified CyberArk CDE
- General IT/soft skills
- 5+ years in IT Engineering/Consulting space
- Knowledge of security principles, standards and techniques
- Very good spoken and written English
