Responsibilities:

- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

Maintain office cleanliness and organization, including filing paperwork and organizing supplies.
- Assist with data entry and typing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Utilize computerized systems and software, including Google Suite, to complete administrative tasks.
- Support front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits
- Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
- File material in storage area
- Label files according to retention and disposal schedules
- Label, file and retrieve documents
- Locate and remove files requested
- Store, update and retrieve financial data

**Skills**:

- Strong office skills, including proficiency in administrative tasks and file management.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: $22.84-$25.30 per hour
