**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Work with patients to create individualized weight loss plans and goals.
- Provide guidance and support to patients throughout their weight loss journey.
- Use motivational interviewing techniques to help patients overcome obstacles and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Requirements**:

- Must be a certified weight loss coach with a proven track record of success.
- Preference given to those with a background in nutrition or dietetics and certified as a coach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing patient needs and schedules.

**Compensation**
- Coaches will be compensated on an hourly basis
