Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to join our team at Victoria Kids. As an ECE, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and educational environment for children. This is a paid position that offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide guidance and support to children in their social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Utilize computer programs for administrative tasks and record keeping
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all children
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom

Qualifications:

- Experience in a Montessori centre or have Montessori courses completed
- Completion of an Early Childhood Education program
- Experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proficient in computer operation for administrative tasks
- Demonstrated leadership abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
