on Professional who wants to both teach and manage a fully equipped modern Coding School that uses state-of-the-art teaching tools to instruct the next generation of creative kids. *IMPORTANT:* *YOU are the BOSS.
- The more students you bring in and teach, the higher your compensation. That means your wages are dependent upon your ability to deliver outstanding education to Students and continuously reaching out to Parents to grow our Classes. We currently bring in 5-10 leads per week, teach 30+ Sessions per week and need you to help grow that number. *PART TIME HOURS + PAID TRAINING & SUPPORT* After a 60 day paid training and trial period, you will be expected to fully manage the school, followup with Parents, enroll and instruct Students. As the Classes grow, your compensation and revenue will grow as well, so you will be able to hire additional Instructors to support your operations. Furthermore, we will support your ideas for developing activities and curriculum that aligns with our Mission to teach kids of all ages and all abilities the wonders of Coding *JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* *#1 - Teach Kids to Code*
- Operate the school and teach classes MON-THU from 4-8pm
- Learn and teach our unique Coding Curriculum based on our 3 award winning Teaching Programs
- Instruct, monitor and supervise classes of 2-6 kids working on self-guided Coding Projects
- Provide 1:1 mentorship and tutoring to Students *#2 Manage & Grow the School*
- Meet with Parents to conduct School Tours
- Use our automated CRM to answer FAQs and inquires
- Provide Student Assessments and Learning Plans to Parents
- Setup Tuition Payments and monitor for any billing issues with Parents
- Onboard, modify or offboard Parents from our Programs
- Supervise and support School Marketing and promotional activities to drive enrollment *EXPERIENCE:* EXPERIENCE with Teaching children, managing After School Programs or working with students in a group setting is required. *REQUIRED:*
- University or College Degree in Business, Administration or Computer Science
- At least 5 years work experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn Computer Software
- Former teaching or tutoring experience with children between 6-16 years old
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Excellent customer sales and service skills
