We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional barber who excels in providing exceptional customer service. As a barber at our establishment, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts, beard trims, and grooming services to our valued clients. Your expertise in both traditional and modern barbering techniques, coupled with your outstanding interpersonal skills, will contribute to creating a positive and enjoyable experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide a wide range of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services, according to client preferences and style trends.
- Demonstrate excellent technical skills in using barbering tools and techniques to achieve precise and desired results.
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their requests, and providing expert advice and recommendations when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working condition.
- Stay updated on the latest haircutting and grooming trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative services to clients.
- Exhibit exceptional customer service skills by building rapport with clients, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire service.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, accommodating walk-ins when possible, and maintaining accurate records of client preferences and services provided.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper sanitation and disinfection practices.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally, seeking resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a professional barber in a reputable barber shop.
- Excellent technical skills in using barbering tools, including clippers, shears, razors, and trimmers.
- Deep understanding of various haircutting techniques, styles, and trends.
- Strong knowledge of beard grooming, shaping, and maintenance.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to provide personalized recommendations and advice based on client preferences, hair type, and face shape.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision and aesthetics.
- Up-to-date knowledge of health and safety regulations in the barbering industry.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple appointments efficiently.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Barbering certification or license in [insert location] is required.

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
