The Inventory & Fulfillment Associate will coordinate the logistics of B2B and B2C e-commerce orders, Provincial distribution orders, and accounting for all materials and products used and produced within the facility. The Specialist will manage all aspects of the shipping and delivery, with specific regard for customer satisfaction, as well as maintain necessary documentation and record keeping for inventory levels in the facility.
- Coordinate daily activities for inventory management as it pertains to the receiving of outbound cannabis, receiving of new inventory from production, cycle counting, and movement of all cannabis throughout the assigned facility;
- Preparing orders for shipment;
- Assist in packaging final product to be shipped;
- Complete all required documentation using good documentation practices;
- Maintain records in ERP system;
- Follow standardize practices for transferring products, order processing and fulfillment and shipping/receiving of controlled material;
- Oversee the updating of inventory counts in current systems as cannabis is transacted and moved during regular production hours;
- Reconcile, correct and properly align counts between inventory system and the physical inventory should discrepancy occur;
- Support in identifying the root causes for all inventory discrepancies and communicate the cause to all relevant parties;
- Support in continuous improvement initiatives to improve inventory systems;
- Work closely with the Production Manager to help identify the root causes for all inventory discrepancies and help to improve systems and controls related to the inventory management process;
- Prepare accurate outbound COC documents for B2B transactions;
- Keep work areas clean and organized;
- Attend and participate in meetings as required;
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Expectations:

- Ability to prioritize and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time along with good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, with strong attention to detail
- Capable of following strict processes and procedure, with the ability to work with mínimal supervision quickly and accurately
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience working in cannabis is an asset
- Driver’s license or reliable form of transportation

Work Conditions
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts during the day
- Overtime as needed
- Physically demanding, repetitive and strenuous work
- Indoor conditions
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
