Reporting to the Head Miller, the Cleaner will be responsible for ensuring a safe workplace and for the housekeeping and sanitation in the Flour Mill.

**Your day-to-day activities will include**:
Maintain the high level of housekeeping and sanitation standard in the Mill
Relieve the 2nd Miller to cover off vacations and/or emergency needs
Assist the Millers and 2nd Millers in some repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance
Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedures and complete all required reports according to BRC/HACCP/Food Safety program
Follow and comply with all policies and procedures under the Health and Safety program

High School Diploma
Experience working in a manufacturing environment in a general labourer positions is an asset
Previous experience working in a grain terminal or flour mill operations is an asset
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
Demonstrated decision-making ability.
Ability to work on shift, overtime and weekends if required.
Ability to work in a team environment with minimum supervision.
Ability to work in a dusty and high noise environment.

Relevant du chef-meunier, vous serez responsable de l’entretien ménager et de l’assainissement de la meunerie.

**Fonctions**:
Maintenir à un niveau élevé les normes de propreté et d’assainissement dans l’usine;
Atténuer les tâches de l’aide-meunier pendant les vacances et/ou les besoins urgents;
Assister les meuniers et aide-meuniers dans certaines réparations, le dépannage et la maintenance;
Se conformer à toutes les procédures d'opération standard correspondantes et compléter tous les rapports requis conformément aux programmes BRC / HACCP / Sécurité alimentaire;
Suivre et respecter toutes les politiques et procédures du programme de santé et de sécurité.

**Qualifications**:
Diplôme d’études secondaires;
Expérience de travail dans un environnement de fabrication dans un poste de journalier est un atout;
Expérience précédente dans un terminal céréalier ou un moulin de farine est un atout;
Fortes aptitudes mécaniques;
Capacité de communiquer de manière efficace en français à l’oral et par écrit;
Bilinguisme (français/anglais) un atout;
Capacité à prendre des décisions;
Disponible à travailler sur des quarts de travail, les fins de semaine à faire du temps supplémentaire, lorsque nécessaire;
Capacité à travailler en équipe avec un minimum de supervision;
