About this Position

We are looking for Licensing Analyst to join our Life Licensing department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

- Process provincial renewals for Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Manitoba
- Review outside activity to determine if conflict of interest exist, and determine course of action
- Process terminations for all provinces
- Correspond with provincial regulators, 3rd party vendors and salesforce when required
- Process agent’s contract and licence reinstatements
- Handle A0 research inquiries
- Review IBA conflicts for new recruits and process IBA as required
- Process files requiring action
- Assist in processing IBA cancellation / refunds as required
- Run queries and send report to Sr. Management as required
- Complete special projects as assigned
- Provide back up as required
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- University degree preferred, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills as well as attention to detail
- Knowledge of Canada wide Provincial Licensing Regulations a definite asset
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize workflow and meet deadlines in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong cooperative and professional attitude
- A high-energy self-starter and shows initiative
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
