We're a fun and whimsical independent greeting card company looking for someone to help us fulfill orders and film some light behind the scenes content that we can share on our socials.

**Picture this**:You’re dressed in your favorite casual wear working flexible hours. You spend your day in a modern sunny office and over lunch, you can take a stroll down the cute strip in Streetsville to get some of the tastiest pizza around. You work with a fun and friendly team that makes sure your voice is heard and that people are treated fairly. If you’re in a dancing mood, you put on your favorite jams while you gather cards and package orders. You take pride in knowing that the work you’re doing makes people feel loved and appreciated on their birthdays, weddings and anniversaries.

If you’re an aspiring entrepreneur, this will be an interesting look into running a product based business.

**Where**:You’ll be working out of our modern sunny office in the heart of Streetsville, Mississauga, a hop and a skip away from fabulous restaurants and coffee shops.

**Hours**:Part-time and full-time roles are available. We’re flexible Roughly 20-30 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times.

**A little bit about us**:
We like to have fun with our work and our products. Our aim is to push the envelope (pun most definitely intended) on what makes for a really cool card and to make people smile through funny, unexpected, and playful cards and prints. We sell our cards online as well as to hundreds of incredible independent shops and some household names too (Barnes & Noble, Paper Source, Winners, Marshalls, and Sobeys).

**Responsibilities**:

- **70% of the time: Picking and packing online orders.** You’ll gather cards and pack orders for our fab customers and for the incredible stores that carry our cards.
- **10% of the time: Driving to pick up inventory and drop off deliveries **- **so a car is a must **Typically a 5 minute drive, once a day, occasionally longer (mileage is reimbursed). Note: while most boxes are light, since we sell to stores, occasionally there will be some boxes as heavy as 25 lbs (once or twice a month). We have a trolly and can arrange for help if needed.
- **10% of the time: Filming content that** **we can share on our socials** - if you’re comfy being on camera that’s a bonus, but if not we can train you on how to film order packing videos off camera.
- **5% of the time: Organizing/cleaning** **the card office, watering our plants and putting away deliveries**
- **5% of the time: Responding to customer messages & other administrative tasks**

**What would set you up for success?**
- You’re detail-oriented and self-motivated
- You’re comfortable working by yourself and with a small team
- You’re comfortable doing repetitive tasks
- You treat people with kindness and have a positive attitude
- You manage your time effectively to complete all orders within a set timeframe
- You have a car
- You have basic computer knowledge to complete digital paperwork and shipping manifests and are comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
