**Camp Hardwood **is looking for some outgoing and dynamic people to join our growing day camp this summer. If you love to be outside, want to inspire kids and are outgoing and creative, then this is the place for you.

Hardwood Ski and Bike offers two day camps for the months of July and August. Mountain Bike and Outdoor Adventure camp offer kids the opportunity to explore, learn and make memories with the help of our amazing staff. Join our team.

**Counsellors will**:

- Supervise and Lead camp activities
- Create an inclusive and supportive environment
- Teach mountain biking skills (training provided
- mountain bike camp only)
- Ensure the physical and emotional well being of all campers
- Complete camp duties independently and thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with staff, management, campers and parents
- Adhere to all camp and Hardwood policies
- Commit to a minimum of 5 weeks of camp
- Be outgoing and enthusiastic
- Be observant and creative
- Have experience working and leading children
- Be comfortable being outside in all weather conditions
- Be able to follow direction and take initiative
- Have basic Mountain Bike experience (Mountain Bike Camp only)
- Be ready to be part of an amazing team at the best Camp

**Hours**:

- 2 Saturdays in May and every Monday evening in June for training.
- July and Aug
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm (minimum 5 weeks)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
