We are currently looking for a full time Admin Coordinator

**This position will require but not limited to the following duties**:

- Accounts Receivable
- Daily and monthly check disbursements
- Daily and monthly filing
- Payroll calculations
- Maintain vehicle inventory records and payments
- Maintain general stock levels of office supplies
- preparing monthly accounting packages

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- experience with accounting software considered an asset
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic databases
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Meticulous records maintenance skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong customer service orientation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $33,000.00-$36,000.00 per year
