Are you a detailed orientated person who can operate in a fast-paced environment and has the interpersonal skills to work with third-party brokers?

We are looking for a **Bilingual** **Equipment Leasing Fulfillment Officer** to join our team. You will have direct ownership of your files and be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Accurate review of documentation for compliance and adherence within business risk tolerance parameters.
- Register security under PPSA to ensure perfection. Conduct searches and obtain waivers where required.
- Ensure deficiency process is followed and consistently address outstanding items within the SLA requirement.
- Liaise with broker partners where required on specific transactions and in general to support the originator relationship.
- Complete audit calls to verify lease information.
- Understand Vaults business and the process and policies and auditing guidelines.
- Timely escalation when issues arise and proactive follow up to resolve issues.
- Share process improvement recommendations to your Team Lead.
- Be a positive team player.

**Skills Knowledge & Experience**
- Bilingualism (French/English) is a requirement.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize, and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills
- Personable and professional
- Successfully adapts to changing situations
- Works independently within the team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- University degree or equivalent
