Responsibilities:

- Perform night audit duties including checking guests in and out, reconciling accounts, and resolving any discrepancies
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate phone systems and handle incoming calls
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
- Ensure the safety and security of the property during the night shift

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling guest inquiries, and performing night audit duties. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will contribute to the overall success of our hotel. **Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
