Truro, Canada Allied Therapy Full time

The Speech-Language Pathologist will provide clinical services such as, but not limited to, screening, assessment, intervention, and home programming for children with communication impairments. The individual filling this position will benefit from the availability of additional SLPs working within the Agency and direct mentorship, if needed. The caseload is located in Truro.

Qualifications:

- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Member of NSASLP
- Demonstrated planning, organizational and facilitation skills
- A demonstrated use of evidence-based practice.
- A strong team player willing to learn and work with other professionals.
- Previous experience working in a community setting is an asset
- Experience with children who have multiple needs is an asset
- Experience or strong interest in working with Alternative and Augmentative Communication
- Current valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with insurance

**Salary**: $60.00-$80.00 per hour
