**Responsabilités et tâches essentielles**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef de produit pour déterminer les besoins des utilisateurs/parties prenantes pour les produits ;
- Maintenir et prioriser le backlog des produits dans une équipe multi-sites et multi-culturelle ;
- Diriger l'utilisation d'outils et de techniques de gestion de projet appropriés pour différents projets en parallèle ;
- Agir en tant que motivateur et ambassadeur des méthodologies agiles ;
- Assurer une bonne communication entre toutes les équipes fonctionnelles pour une évolution optimale du produit ;
- Élaborer et tenir à jour les documents de définition et d'orientation des produits ;
- Participer à des présentations exécutives sur l'évolution du produit.

**Prérequis essentiels**:

- Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, et connaissance pratique du français ;
- Diplôme universitaire en sciences, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe, avec un large bagage technique ;
- 8 à 10 ans d'expérience progressive en gestion de projet ou en propriété de produits logiciels dans un environnement agile ;
- 2 ans d'expérience en tant que responsable de produit ou l'équivalent ;
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un secteur réglementé

**Accountabilities and Core Tasks**:

- Work closely with the Product Manager to determine the user/stakeholders needs for the products;
- Maintains and prioritizes the product backlog in a multi-site, multi-cultural team;
- Lead using appropriate project management tools and techniques for different projects in parallel;
- Act as a motivator and ambassador of agile methodologies;
- Ensure good communication between all functional teams for optimal product evolution;
- Develop and maintain product definition and guidance documents;
- Participate in executive presentations on product evolution.
