**Position Summary**

Eagle Builders is family-owned and operated. Established in 2000, we now serve clients all over Western Canada. We manufacture precast concrete for industrial, commercial, agricultural, and civil infrastructure. Our dedicated team has grown to 450+ full-time employees.

- Work on a fast pace production team manufacturing pre cast concrete structures
- Work Includes: Cleaning, reinforcing, pouring, framing, and other related tasks
- Work hands-on and receive on-the-job training
- Operate power and hand tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

**Requirements**:

- Available to work day-shifts - Start Time: 7am, shift end times will vary
- Available to work a minimum of 44 hours per week
- Flexibility to work overtime and the occasional Saturday
- Physically fit and able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods of time
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working at heights
- Punctuality and Reliability
- Critical Thinking | Ability to troubleshoot problems
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Follow Instructions working with a team and independently
- Basic understanding of construction principles is considered an asset
- Valid class 5 license and reliable transportation
- Local to or willing to relocate to Central Alberta
