**Assistant Dispatcher/Batcher Responsibilities**
- Undertake day-to-day dispatch activities, coordinate hours & schedules of team members
- Assist in taking orders and maintaining customer relations
- Ensure on-time delivery of material to customers and ensure order / ticket information is accurate
- Proactively communicate customer, delivery and system issues with dispatch, sales and back-office to ensure timely resolution

**Assistant Dispatcher/Batcher Qualifications**
- Ready Mix Concrete or general dispatch experiences an asset.
- Customer service experience an asset.

**Quality Control Responsibilities**
- Field Quality Control Testing - Addition of various admixtures, ACI Quality Control tests.
- Troubleshooting - Provide customer support in resolving quality concerns and problems in the field.
- Customer service, with regards to testing, & product information

**Quality Control Qualifications**
- Minimum post-secondary diploma, or equivalent experience, preferably in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
- Prior experience in the industry is essential, preferably in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or sales in ready mix concrete and cement.
- The employee must have, and maintain, a valid class G driver’s license in the province of Ontario.

**Salary**: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
