We are looking for a entry level Load Tracer to join us at our fast paced and rapidly growing Freight Brokerage located in Stoney Creek, Ontario. Great opportunity for someone looking to change or start a new carrier in the freight brokerage/Transportation industry.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain a high level of customer service with current clientele and carrier partners
- Tracking of shipments when required and provide accurate information to customers and other team members.
- Update records for customers on Google drive as new updates occur.
- Answer incoming telephone calls with good phone etiquette, transfer calls to the appropriate parties.

- **Qualifications**:

- 1 year of Transportation or logistics experience preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate professionally.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (Outlook/Excel/Word), Adobe.
- Technologically savvy, ability to learn new programs quickly and effectively, knowledge of ITS, Loadlink, Truckstop or other freight management systems a plus but not required
- Organized and motivated to complete company objectives
- Be able to work well in a group and individual setting.
- Perform tasks with honesty and integrity
- Strong negotiation skills

**Job Type**: Full Time - In Person

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Stoney Creek, ON L8E 6G3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- dispatching: 1 year (preferred)
