**POSITION: Live in Building Cleaner**

**POSITION STATUS: 40 HOURS / FULL-TIME**

**ABOUT Peter Wall Mansion & Estates (PWME)**

**PWME owns and operates residential apartment complexes in the greater Vancouver Area.**

**Responsibilities and Duties**

** Sweep and mop all hard surfaces on a daily basis**

** Empty all garbage Rooms**

** **Power wash compactor floor/ garbage room**

** Empty Apartments of furniture**

** Repetitive tasks in fast paced environment**

** On call schedule week nights/weekends**

** Clean Floor by Floor**

** Other duties assigned**

**Qualifications and Skills**

**EXPERIENCE**:
** Must have minimum 2 years cleaning**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
** Must have positive attitude**

** Able to work independently**

** Able to work with little supervision**

** Must follow directions**

** Must be a team player**
