**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Agir en tant que Product Owner (PO selon la méthodologie Scrum/Agile) pour tous les projets liés aux paiements par carte.
- Être un membre clé dans la conception, la co-propriété et la livraison de la feuille de route des initiatives de paiement par carte.
- Agir en tant que "pont" entre les parties prenantes de l'entreprise, le développement de logiciels, les opérations financières et, surtout, le client.
- Les principaux domaines d'intérêt pour ce poste (non exclusifs) sont les suivants
- Alignement de la vision et de la stratégie produit pour la technologie de paiement par carte
- Définition de l'expérience client (UX/UI)
- Gestion des priorités et de la feuille de route
- Appropriation des éléments du carnet de commandes
- Hiérarchisation des priorités et gestion de la feuille de route
- Appropriation des éléments de l'arriéré
- Capacité d'adaptation à l'engagement et à l'apprentissage continus.
- Conception et exploration des fonctionnalités : Prendre l'initiative d'identifier et de hiérarchiser les nouvelles fonctionnalités du produit en s'appuyant sur des études de marché et des analyses de données claires.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : Combler le fossé entre les départements, en favorisant une communication et une collaboration transparentes entre toutes les équipes.
- Engagement sur la feuille de route : Posséder et piloter la feuille de route des produits liés aux paiements par carte, en veillant à ce qu'elle soit alignée sur les objectifs du département.
- Gestion du carnet de commandes : Vous êtes en charge de l'élaboration et de la hiérarchisation de nos produits en fonction des besoins et des priorités des unités opérationnelles vis-à-vis de leurs clients.
- Engagement des parties prenantes : Communiquer efficacement les objectifs et les mises à jour du produit aux équipes internes et aux parties prenantes.
- Assurance qualité : Se substituer à l'utilisateur final lors des efforts d'assurance qualité afin de garantir la satisfaction des clients pour les produits de paiement par carte intégrés dans notre technologie.
- Etablir et maintenir des rapports d'indicateurs clés de performance (quotidiens/hebdomadaires) spécifiques à tous les produits de paiement par carte (paiements, cadeaux/récompenses et fidélisation) pour toutes les marques.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bonne connaissance des fonctions et processus des processeurs de paiement tiers
- Bonne connaissance des processus de réconciliation des comptes bancaires.
- Bonne connaissance de l'industrie des services de prêts
Baccalauréat (comptabilité) ou combinaison équivalente d'éducation et d'expérience pertinente dans l'industrie.
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la banque et/ou du traitement des cartes (cadeaux, fidélité, récompenses et paiements).
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication
- Excellentes compétences informatiques
- Souci du détail
- Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante ou au sein d'une équipe.
- Bonnes capacités d'analyse et de comptabilité
- Connaissance de la comptabilité (pratiques industrielles)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as Product Owner (PO according to Scrum/Agile methodology) for all Card payment related projects.
- Be a key member in designing, co-owning, delivering card payment initiatives road map.
- Act as a “bridge” between Business stakeholders, Software development, Financial Operations and most importantly, the customer.
- Key areas of focus for this role (not exclusive):

- Vision and Product strategy alignment for Card payment technology
- Customer experience definition (UX/UI)
- Prioritization and Road map management
- Ownership of backlog items
- Adaptability to continuous engagement and learning.
- Feature design and exploration: Lead the charge in identifying & prioritising new product features backed by clear market research and data analysis.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across all teams.
- Road Map commitments: Own and drive product road map related to Card payments, ensuring alignent with departmental objectives.
- Backlog management: Curate and prioritize our product backlog based on Business Unit needs and priorities to their clients.
- Stakeholder engagement: Effectively communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Quality assurance: Stand in as the end user, during Quality Assurance efforts to ensure customer satisfaction for the card paymen
