**Your days will include**:

- Prepare and process daily cash receipts and deposits
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Perform account reconciliations
- Data entry for Accounting Department
- Scanning and online filing
- Other duties as assigned

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in an accounting and administrative capacity.
- Advanced computer skills with accounting & MS software.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Great Plains experience is considered an asset
