Job Overview:
We are seeking a live in caretaker for a building of 39 apartment units in Stony Plain, Alberta. Responsibilities will include keeping buildings clean, trouble shooting tenant concerns, maintenance of the building and units. There is room for extra earning potential by completing additional jobs such as apartment renovations. Handyperson skills are essential to this role.

**Duties**:

- Keep buildings tidy, clean and well maintained interior and exterior
- Maintainenace (repair to doors, windows, screens, stairwells, hallways, weather stripping, caulking, plumbing, floors and building exteriors).
- Renting vacant suites
- Addressing tenant concerns. Maintaining good communication with tenants and landlord, always keeping the owner's best interest in mind.
- Keeping all records of tenants, including leases, incoming and outgoing inspection reports, tenant complaints, etc.
- Suite cleaning as needed after tenant vacates.
- Additional payments will be negotiated for painting and flooring of vacant suites.
- Additional bonus of $400 for each month that the building is fully rented and all rents are collected.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Criminal record check
- Handyman skills

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
